By sending a commission request, you accept to the terms in this page.

Check the "Won't Draw" section before you send your request.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

The commissioner must have clear permission from the character's owner before commissioning.

The commissioner is free to post and share their commission in any way and at any time they wish, provided that no edits to the piece are made or posted without my consent. You can post it before I do, that is not a problem.

I will work with anonymous commissioners, but I will not do private commissions under normal circumnstances. Normally, I'll be posting your commission on my profiles if I wish to do so.

I reserve the right to stream the process of your commission, unless you state that you would rather not, as long as there's a good reason.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, the commissioner will be refunded in full.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice while I'm not open for new commissions.

For cancellations, there'll be some communication needed. It'll depend on how much of the commission has been done, but they're unlikely to be accepted unless there's a good reason for it. It may also make it so I won't ever take anything from you again in the future.

Process

While I'm open, you may send as many requests as you'd like,

Make sure to clarify if you want me to take on all of your requests or select a number from the ideas you've sent.

I may not take every request sent my way depending on some variables, such as my current demand and schedule.

I will contact you to confirm the commission and values with you before sending an invoice.

The invoice must be paid before it gets to my queue.

If the project's large and the payment has been split into installments, I may work up to what the payments have covered.

I will send you updates of your piece(s) as often as possible. Feel free to ask for updates, but don't rush me.

If you ask for changes or things that weren't on your original request, I may charge you some extra to compensate for that.
